SEAVIEW - ISLE OF WIGHT
This before photo shows the state that the hotel is currently in. Completed pictures are to follow. A disused hotel being converted into 4 luxury townhouses right on the coastline. Converting the existing basement into car-parking with driveway from the road, 1000 sqf 4 storey rear extension and new drainage design. We look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.
QUEENS SQUARE - WOLVERHAMPTON
Our Client wished to convert an office block into city living apartments in the centre of Wolverhampton. SEADS undertook the package to provide all structural feasibility assessment and structural designs for the alterations.
GOOD LUCK HOPE
Common Tower and Hoist design package for major UK construction contractor in the heart of London's Docklands - Our client requested a structural calculation report on their own system of Aluminium common tower. At a height of 21 storeys with a twin hoist, stairs and bespoke tie plates this was modelled using in house FEA software.
